Basares is 100% Tempranillo and is fermented in stainless steel before spending 7 months in American oak. The wine is then further bottle aged in the cellar prior to release. The result is a medium bodied wine with ripe dark berry, plum, cedar spice and savory herb notes. Very juicy on the palate and can age well for many years.

"Ripe and dried berries with hints of sandalwood and cedar on the nose. Medium to full body, savory fruit and a flavorful finish. Tangy acidity highlights the wine. Drinkable now, but better in 2022.."
