Born in 1967 in Las Mesas, Cuenca, Rafael's life has always been linked to wine - His great grand-parents passed their winemaking heritage through generations, which Rafael is currently doing himself. 

Rafael studied oenology in Tomelloso (Ciudad Real) in 1988 and has ever since kept the same philosophy: "Mi job is to achieve the highest quality, from growing the grape to bottling the wine. My principles are baed in consistency and hard work"
