The winery cultivates its own vineyards, which are located at altitudes ranging from 750 to 900 meters above sea level, and it follows sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices.

The wines are made from Tempranillo grapes, which are hand-picked and sorted to ensure only the best quality grapes are used.
