Follow these simple steps
If you encounter any problem with your wine, please follow these steps:
Send us an email at email@example.com describing the issue. Please, if possible, include photos of the mess!
You'll receive an email with the return approval and shipment label. Please make sure you print the label!
Re-package the affected wine making sure that you put it in the protective trays you received. Affix the printed label to the box.
Follow our email instructions for the affected wine pick up - We'll send our carrier to the same delivery location.
Receive your refund. Guaranteed!
