Mas Collet is made from a blend of varieties scattered over hillside sites around the village of Capçanes, at altitudes ranging from around 250 to 550 metres. All varieties are vinified separately before spending 9 months in French and American old oak barrels. Ripe cherry and blueberries are balanced with toasted aromas. This fruit driven wine has fine ripe tannins and bright acidity culminating in a long, bright finish.
