Winery

Just about any winery's vineyards in Ribeira Sacra are photo-worthy. Perched high above the Mino River, Ruben Moura's small plots of old vines are no exception. Ruben inherited his vineyards from his grandfather but has only had the winery in Panton since 2008. This is a producer with interesting ideas and collaborations in other areas and a lot of ambition. Ruben uses cool fermentation to extract maximum fruit from both white grapes and Mencia, always priming concentration on quality over the rest.
