Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
The first vintage of this wine was released in 1928.
A bright, crystalline pale-yellow colour with intense aromatics of fresh fruit, such as green apple and melon, and citrus fruit, such as lemon, together with aromatic herbs and camomile. Dry and showing an Atlantic vivacity thanks to its lively
acidity, it is long, flavoursome, appealing and warm.

Palacio de Fefiñanes is a prestigious winery located in the town of Cambados, in the heart of the Rías Baixas region in Galicia, Spain. The winery was established in 1904 and is renowned for producing some of the best Albariño wines in the region.
Palacio de Fefiñanes is known for its commitment to quality and traditional winemaking techniques. The winery sources its grapes from its own vineyards, which are located in the Salnés Valley, and which benefit from the region's mild climate and Atlantic influence.
The winery produces a range of white wines, including its signature wine, Palacio de Fefiñanes Albariño, which is made from 100% Albariño grapes. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, which help to preserve the natural acidity and freshness of the grapes.
Palacio de Fefiñanes is also known for its historic buildings, which include a 17th-century palace that was once owned by the Viscount of Fefiñanes. The palace has been carefully restored and now serves as the winery's main building, housing the winemaking facilities, cellars, and tasting rooms.
Overall, Palacio de Fefiñanes is recognized as one of the top wineries in Rías Baixas and has received numerous awards and accolades for its wines, which are characterized by their elegance, balance, and freshness.
